Unusually small cricket table with excellent patina retaining the original shelf below.

Note the edge is beveled to give the illusion of a thinner top while retaining strength.

Cricket tables were used in situations that the floor or cobblestones (outside) were uneven.

 The chairs in the third photo are from a set of French side chairs (J13150).
